New Jersey Dept of Environmental Protection plans to propose regulations for the perchloroethylene dry cleaning industry.
The proposal will be published in the New Jersey Register on December 17, 2007.

The proposal and Notice include instructions for submitting comments during the comment period. All comments must be received by February 15, 2008. All comments will be addressed during the adoption process. |
