The Division of Air Quality is pleased to announce a simplified online payment process for preconstruction permit renewal invoices. You no longer need to provide a Responsible Official certification prior to making a payment. In fact, you don't even have to be logged in to NJDEP Online to make the payment. NOTE: The referenced instructions can be used to pay nearly any Division of Air Quality bill onilne. The sole exception is annual emission fee bills which cannot be paid online.
