New Jersey DEP held an on-line webinar on December 13, 2012 at 10:00A to provide an overview of RADIUS online submission process for permits and emission statements. A recording of the webinar has now been posted at: http://www.nj.gov/dep/aqpp/applying.html.

NJDEP is also developing a FAQ document that will include questions received during the webinar and any follow-up questions by RADIUS users. The FAQ will also be posted at the above location.

Background: RADIUS has been modified to allow for online submittal of RADIUS emission statements and permit applications via DEP Online. Certification and payment of fees associated with the submittal of most applications can also be done online via this system. For major source (Title V) facilities, the system has been made compatible with EPA's Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Regulation (CROMERR), which governs federally delegated programs and requires certain standards in methods of data collection and identity-proofing measures.
