The
Remote AIMS Data Input User System (RADIUS) allows you to
electronically prepare and submit pre-construction and operating
permit applications for the New Jersey Department of Environmental
Protection. These submissions are loaded into the New Jersey
Environmental Management System (NJEMS). The NJDEP uses
NJEMS to process inputs from all stationary air-regulated
industries in the state.
RADIUS 3.2 has NOT been tested with either Microsoft Vista operating system (any version) or Microsoft Office 2007 . Therefore, installing RADIUS into this environment is done so at the user's own risk. Accordingly, the Department cannot provide support to these users at this time.

An application wizard to guide the user in the selection
of the most appropriate application forms
A complete set of application forms for every type
of air permit
A requirements library which facilitates the generation
of user defined permit conditions and compliance plans
An electronic administrative completeness check
Import and export capabilities which allow the electronic
transfer of permit application data

RADIUS
Coach is an Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS).
It provides "just-in-time" coaching and information
to RADIUS users as they accomplish a task. RADIUS Coach
currently contains all procedures necessary for completing
the Emission Statement portion of RADIUS. Instructions for
using the Permitting portion have not yet been included,
but will be included in future updates to RADIUS Coach.
