Gasoline – means any petroleum distillate or petroleum
distillate/oxygenated blend having a Reid vapor pressure of
four pounds per square inch (207 millimeters of mercury) absolute
or greater, and commonly or commercially known or sold as gasoline.
Greenhouse Effect – The warming of the Earth's atmosphere
attributed to a buildup of carbon dioxide or other gases. Some
scientists think that this build-up allows the sun's rays to
heat the Earth, while making the infra-red radiation atmosphere
opaque to infra-red radiation, thereby preventing a counterbalancing
loss of heat.
Greenhouse Gas – A gas, such as carbon dioxide or methane,
which contributes to potential climate change.
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) – means the value specified
by the manufacturer as the maximum design loaded weight of
a single vehicle. |
