Soil Sample Guidelines for Child Care Centers [removed]

The "Soil Sampling Guidelines for Child Care Centers" Web page was removed because, as of June 1, 2007, all child care centers are required to conduct an environmental review to obtain a No Further Action Letter (NFA) from DEP. An environmental review must include, at a minimum, a Preliminary Assessment (conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C 7:26E Technical Requirements for Site Remediation) and documentation that safe drinking water is being provided. For more information on how to obtain an NFA, please visit: http://www.nj.gov/dep/dccrequest/nfa.htm .

For more information on other DEP requirements for obtaining a child care license, please visit: http://www.nj.gov/dep/dccrequest.
