were developed as a joint effort to offer the necessary guidelines for

of the respective TARP States, and qualify for reciprocity acceptance

The Interstate Technology
Regulatory Council (ITRC) is a workgroup that is made up
of individuals from state and federal government, industry, academic
institutions, and stakeholders. The ITRC develops technical and regulatory
documents that would provide guidance for the development and implementation
of innovative environmental technologies.
