Question: I operate a business in which car owners pull their own parts. Do all the parts need to be removed after they're drained of fluids?
Answer: No. Once a part is drained of all fluids it can be stored outside as long as its part of the vehicle as a whole (such as a complete engine) and the hood is down and there are no visible leaks.
