General Groundwater Remediation Clean-up (BGR)

This general permit authorizes discharges of treated groundwater to surface waters of the state. It regulates discharges from remediation clean-ups that do not typically contain petroleum products. Please note, C1 and PL classified waters are not eligible for authorization under this general permit.
