Highway Agency Stormwater Permit

The Highway Agency Stormwater General Permit authorizes the discharge of stormwater from highways or other thoroughfares operated by counties or by entities such as the NJ Department of Transportation, NJ Expressway Authority, and the South Jersey Transportation Authority.
