We implement our mission by:

  • ensuring the proper planning, construction and operation of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, collection and conveyance facilities.

  • providing financial assistance to local government units for the planning, design, and construction of environmentally sound wastewater and potable water projects.

  • assuring the proper pollution control and discharge of wastewater, wastewater residuals, and stormwater.

  • improving opportunities to recycle and reclaim municipal and industrial wastewaters and biosolids.

  • providing data management services that facilitates good decision making, the development of sound and scientifically defensible actions, and the evaluation of compliance.
