The permittee shall submit to the Department and to the EPA, a periodic compliance certification, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:27-22.19(f) and the schedule for submittal of compliance certifications set forth in the compliance plan of your operating permit. The annual compliance certification is due to the Department and the EPA each year within 60 days after the anniversary of the initial approval of the operating permit.
