Program Activities
This program is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Compliance and Enforcement. The Bureau as a whole represents a commitment to working smarter and focusing resources where they can have the greatest impact. Some specific functions of the Bureau include:

Communications, outreach and web design
Special project support and development
Report development and information gathering
Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request management and tracking
Data system support and implementation
Data quality control
Penalty collection processing
