RMW Programs goal is to protect health care
providers and workers, waste haulers, refuse
workers and the general public from potential
health risks associated with RMW. The Department
of Environmental Protection and the Department
of Health and Senior Services jointly share
responsibilities to administer this program. |

7:26-3A.27) from the NJDEP (609) 292-7081 (N.J.A.C.
7:26-3A.16(d)). . |
