NJ CEHAN was created by the NJDEP Office of Local Environmental Management to link county and state enforcement personnel across the State. NJ CEHAN provides easy access to information and resources for county and municpal employees who participate in the County Environmental Health Act (CEHA) program. The goal of this portal is to provide training information, SOP's, presentations, county plans, inspection techniques and general information to all CEHA personnel, across all media areas. We would like this website to be the 'first stop" for CEHA personnel to learn about new program updates, emerging issues and special environmental projects underway in other counties.
