To receive a user identification and password to access and utilize the information on the NJDEP Right to Know Portal (RPO) please complete and submit this form. THE RPO IS NOT INTENDED FOR SUBMITTAL OF THE CRTK SURVEY. TO SUBMIT A CRTK SURVEY, GO TO https://www.state.nj.us/dep/online/.

Upon activation you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the site along with some general tips about using the RPO.

Rules and Regulations:

• THE RPO IS RESTRICTED AND INTENDED FOR GOVERNMENT SUPPORTED EMERGENCY RESPONSES AND ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL ONLY. USERS SHALL NOT PROVIDE ACCESS TO ANY UNAUTHORIZED PERSON.
• EACH USER, WHEN ACCEPTED, WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE RPO THROUGH THE "MY NEW JERSEY" PORTAL.
• ENFORCEMENT SENSITIVE INFORMATION SHALL NOT BE DISPLAYED ON OR DISSEMINATED THROUGH THIS SITE.
• AUTHORIZED USERS SHALL NOT SHARE THEIR USER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OR PASSWORD.
• AUTHORIZED USERS SHALL NOT SHARE OR ADVERTISE THE SITE ADDRESS WITH ANY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
• AUTHORIZED USERS SHALL NOT CREATE A LINK TO THIS SITE FROM ANY OTHER INTERNET SITE.
