COMMERCIAL PESTICIDE APPLICATOR EXAM SIGN-UP INSTRUCTIONS (CORE & CATEGORY)

You can sign-up for a maximum of 3 exams on each exam date. The three include any combination of Core and Category exams. There is a $10.00 non-refundable fee required for each exam you sign-up for.

(a) You have NEVER taken the "Basic Pesticide Training Class" before, or

(b) You previously had a NJ Pesticide Applicator's license and have NOT been licensed for two (2) consecutive years or more.

You do not need to take the "Basic Pesticide Training Class" if you are taking exams for recertification (see Attention Recertification Applicants in Step 2 below).

Attention Recertification Applicants: If you are taking the exam for recertification purposes, you do not need to resubmit the "Basic Pesticide Training Class Attendance Certificate."
