The CEHA program awards grant
funds on an annual basis to 20 CEHA certified county
health agencies. NJDEP delegates its enforcement authority
to these county health agencies in the environmental
program areas of air pollution, safe drinking water,
solid waste, noise and local hazardous-material emergency
response.
This report will show you the number of inspections
completed by CEHA certified county health agencies as
well as the number of complaints responded to by the
counties.
