2001 Governor's Cup Presentation

The Grand Prize and Governor's Cup award was awarded to David Hilgar of Fallsington, Pennsylvania, for the 35 1/8" striped bass he landed at the 10th Annual Governor's Surf Fishing Tournament held at Island Beach State Park on October 7, 2001.
