Note: Trainings typically take 7 hours and are usually scheduled for normal school day hours.

TRAINING SITE: INDOORS/OUTDOORS

We will need exclusive use of a location for the entire duration of the training. The archery range will be approximately 30 feet x 50 feet.

Which floor is the gym on?

If the gym is not on the 1st (ground level) floor, is there elevator access to transport equipment?

Does the gym have doors that can be locked or safely secured to prevent pedestrian traffic?
Yes No

We will need to hang a 10-feet high x 30-feet wide arrow curtain. The curtain needs to be fastened to stable support structures at the ends with at least 30 inches of clearance behind the entire length of the curtain. Eye hooks in the wall are preferable but we can also use caddy-corner basketball rims or as a last resort, volleyball standards that are secured to the wall.

Does your location have supports to accommodate the hanging of the arrow curtain?

OUTDOORS

Is the outdoor range location oriented away from pedestrian traffic and nearby buildings?
Yes No

We will need to hang a 10-feet high x 30-feet wide arrow curtain. The curtain needs to be fastened to stable support structures at the ends with at least 30 inches of clearance behind the entire length of the curtain. Eye hooks mounted to 4"x4" posts are preferable but we can also use trees or as a last resort, volleyball standards that are secured to a stable structure.

In the event of inclement weather, what do you prefer to do?
I will have a back-up indoor location available on the day of the training.
I prefer to reschedule the training for another day.
