DEER CHECK STATION ADDITION IN MORRIS COUNTY

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Division of Fish and Wildlife announces an important deer check station addition in Morris County for the 2002-2003 deer seasons. Hunters are reminded that they should check their deer at the nearest open station to the harvest location.

In Morristown, New Vernon Coach & Motor Works, located at 960 Mt. Kemble Ave. (Rt. 202) has been added to the Check Station Program. They will check deer during all seasons and can be reached at 973-425-0700. Please note that this establishment is closed on Sundays.
