Modifications will address the implementation of a limited access program for the species to ensure healthy stocks as well as identify maximum sustainable yield, management area boundaries and spawning restrictions. Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut will also hold public meetings on these issues.
