Water Quality Management Planning Pass-Through Grant

Purpose of Funding
- Provide grants for conducting wastewater management planning activities
- Develop management plans for on-site wastewater treatment systems

Qualifications Required for Consideration
Applicants must submit a project that meets the administrative requirement, objectives and project criteria as outlined in the (604)(b) grant guidelines available for the current fiscal year.
Grant/Loan Limitations
Limited to eligible costs as defined in the 604(b) grant guidelines.
Application Procedures
Grant guidelines are available from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Coastal and Land Use Planning at (609) 984-0058, or on the Division's Program web-site.
Review Process
Allocation of funds is dependent on the RPCPOs planning process ability to project future wastewater usages and complete or update an existing Wastewater Management Plan and includes submittal of a Scope of Work with specific tasks and deadlines.
