The property, adjacent to the preserved Institute Woods and Princeton Battlefield State Park, is part of a region that was critical to the American Revolution. In addition, a significant portion of the Stony Brook will be protected and now provide access to the public for fishing access and passive recreation opportunities adjacent to the Canal State Park. |
