Morristown Green

The Trustees of the Morristown Green has completed the enhancement of the Green as a public park and memorial garden of the town honoring the Patriots of 1776. The Green, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was rehabilitated to provide meaningful historic interpretation and a valuable open space for passive enjoyment. The project includes the addition of statues of historic figures, walkways, drainage, electrical and irrigation infrastructure improvements, seating for outdoor performances, signs, benches and landscaping.
