Turtle Back Zoo

The New Jersey Zoological Society and Essex County have completed new exhibits throughout Turtle Back Zoo using Green Acres grant funding. The Zoo is the largest in the State, serving thousands of residents and visitors each year. New projects include a Black Bear Exhibit, North American Wildlife Exhibits, a Reptile and Education Center, outdoor and indoor dining facilities, as well as other amenities.
