The Council has approved 10 mitigation banks, which are as follows:
- Vivian Chimento Wetland Mitigation Bank
is operated by Shaw Environmental Infrastructure Inc. and is located on a
19.46 acre parcel in Little Silver Borough, Monmouth County. The bank
received a total of 5.1 mitigation credits for coastal wetland enhancement
activities. This bank has sold out their credits. The service area of the
bank included watershed management areas 7, 9, 12, 13 & 14. The contact

- Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Corporation
Wetland Mitigation Bank is operated by Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Corporation
and is located on 6.81 acres parcel in East Brunswick Township, Middlesex
County. The bank received a total of 1.30 mitigation credits for freshwater
wetland enhancement activities. This bank is able to sell a portion of their
mitigation credits. The service area of the mitigation bank includes watershed
management areas 8, 9 and 10 (Raritan Drainage Basin). The contact for the

- Woodbury Creek Phase I and II Wetland Mitigation
Bank was operated by U.S. Wetland Services, L.P. and wholly owned subsidiary
of LandBank and is located on a 128.73 acre parcel in West Deptford Township,
Gloucester County. The bank received a total of 99.64 mitigation credits for
freshwater wetland/transition area enhancement and wetland creation activities.
The credit sales at this bank have been placed ceased due to bankruptcy. The
service area of the mitigation bank included watershed management areas 17,
18, 19 and 20 (middle and lower Delaware River Drainage Basin). There is no
contact for the mitigation bank.
- Willow Grove Lake Wetlands Mitigation Bank is operated
by The Nature Conservancy and is located on two separate parcels of land totaling
1,073 acres in the City of Vineland, Cumberland County, and Pittsgrove Township,
Salem County. One parcel totals 734 acres with 355 acres of it wetlands and
379 acres of it uplands. The second parcel totals 339 acres with 245 acre
of it wetlands and 94 acres of it uplands. The bank received a total of 40
mitigation credits for freshwater wetland/upland preservation activities.
This bank is able to sell their mitigation credits. The service area of the
mitigation bank includes watershed management areas 1, 11, 17, 18, 19 and
20 (Delaware River Drainage Basin). The contact for the bank is Barbara Brummer

- Pio Costa Wetland Mitigation Bank is operated
by Anthony Pio Costa and is located on 158 acre parcel in the Borough of Lincoln
Park, Morris County. Received a total of 28.62 mitigation credits for freshwater
wetland creation, and enhancement activities as well as preservation of wetland,
open waters and uplands. This bank is presently not able to sell mitigation
credits. The service area of the mitigation bank includes watershed management
areas 3, 4 and 6 (Passaic Drainage Basin). The contact for the bank is Ed

- Wyckoff’s Mills Wetland Mitigation Bank is operated
by Shaw Environmental Infrastructure Inc. and is located on a 146.46 acre
parcel in Monroe Township, Middlesex County. The bank received a total of
86.91 mitigation credits for freshwater wetland creation, and wetland/transition
area enhancement activities as well as the preservation of upland and wetland
areas. This bank is able to sell their mitigation credits. The service area
of the mitigation bank includes watershed management areas 8, 9 and 10 (Raritan

- C&C Builders Wetland Mitigation Bank
Phase I is operated by C&C Builders LLC and is located on a 186.66 acre
parcel in Fairfield Township, Essex County. The bank received a total of 54.46
mitigation credits for freshwater wetland creation and enhancement activities.
This bank is able to sell a portion of their mitigation credits. The service
area of the mitigation bank includes watershed management areas 3, 4, 6 and
portions of 5 (Passaic Drainage Basin). The contact for the bank is Carmine

- Marsh Resources Inc. (MRI) Meadowlands Mitigation
Bank, is operated by MRI and is located on 206 acres of land in Carlstadt,
Bergen County. They received credits to sell for tidal coastal wetland and
open water enhancement activities as well as the establishment of upland islands.
This bank is able to sell a portion of their mitigation credits. The service
area of the mitigation bank includes impacts to tidal and non-tidal emergent
wetland/State open water areas in watershed management area 5 and 7 which
is more precisely described as hydrologic unit numbers 02030103170, 02030103180,
02030104010, 02030101170, 02030104020, 02030104030 and 02030104050. The contact

- Rancocas Wetland Mitigation Bank Phase I
is operated by the Rancocas Investments LLC and is located on a 304 acre parcel
in Eastampton Township, Burlington County. Approval of the mitigation bank
was tied to the approval and construction of Phase II of the bank. The bank
received a total of 11.26 credits for the preservation of freshwater wetland
and for wildlife and forest management activities. This bank is able to sell
a portion of their credits. The service area of the bank is watershed management
area 20 (Assiscunk, Crosswicks and Doctors Creek watersheds). The contact

- Rancocas Wetland Mitigation Bank Phase II is operated
by the Rancocas Investments LLC and is located on a 75.21 acre parcel in Eastampton
and Springfield Township, Burlington County. The bank received a total of
18.03 credits for freshwater wetland creation and enhancement activities and
the preservation of wetlands. This bank is presently not able to sell their
credits. The service area of the bank is watershed management area 20 (Assiscunk,
