4. Review and approval of a resolution memorializing the Council’s decision to approve Mr. Fitzgerald's monetary contribution to mitigate the loss of 0.11 acres of palustrine forested wetlands associated with a Freshwater Wetlands Individual Permit - file # 1505-01-1006.1.

5. Review and approval of a resolution memorializing the Council's decision to approve Merck & Company's 62.1 acre land donation to mitigate for the loss of 2.30 acres of freshwater wetlands and waters associated with a Freshwater Wetlands Statewide General Permit #4 - file # 2009-02-0006.2.

6. Review and approval of an addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Wetland Mitigation Council and NJDEP, Division of Fish and Wildlife for the Heislerville Wildlife Management Area project and the Manasquan Wildlife Management Area project.

7. Review of staff comments prepared for a monetary contribution by Mr. Pio DeMatteo, a single-family homeowner, to mitigate for the loss of 0.15 acres of forested wetlands associated with a Freshwater Wetland Individual Permit file #1506-03-0066.1.

8. Review of staff comments prepared for a monetary contribution by Ms. Wilhelmina DeKoff, a single-family homeowner, to mitigate for the loss of 0.09 acres of forested wetlands associated with Freshwater Wetland Individual permit #1506-02-0153.1.

9. Review of a draft single-family homeowner monetary contribution checklist.

10. Review of a draft Freshwater Wetland Mitigation Council Funding Guidance document.

11. Update on the Natural Lands Trust priority sites subcommittee meeting.

12. Update on the United States Geological Survey’s grant application to EPA.

13. Presentation by NJDEP, Division of Fish & Wildlife on the proposed work plan for wetland restoration activities on the Shaw Farm in Upper Township, Cape May County.

14. Presentation by Dr. Pete Kallin of TRC Omni Environmental on the Teaneck Creek Conservancy grant request.
