  1. Approval of April 28, 2004 meeting minutes.
  2. Update on the Mitigation Fund.
  3. Review and assessment of meeting procedures.
  4. Review and approval of a resolution memorializing the Council’s decision to reimburse the County of Ocean for a Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Certification for the County's restoration project on the Airport Tract in Brick Township, Ocean County.
  5. Review and approval a resolution memorializing the Council's decision to allow mitigation requirements for freshwater wetland disturbances associated with single-family homeowner enforcement actions to be satisfied through a monetary contribution prepared in accordance with the Council's mitigation checklist for single-family homeowners.
  6. Review of staff comments prepared for a monetary contribution by Ms. Maria Rodrigues, a single-family homeowner, to mitigate for the loss of 0.10 acres of forested wetlands associated with a Freshwater Wetland Individual Permit file #1506-03-0274.1.
  7. Review and approval of a guidance document on the types of activities the Council will grant from the Wetland Mitigation Fund and grant application procedures.
  8. Update on the United States Geological Survey’s grant application to EPA.
  9. Update on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Wetland Mitigation Council and the New Jersey Natural Lands Trust for the transfer of $1,000,000.00 from the Mitigation Fund to the Trust to be used by the Trust for its direct acquisition of lands identified in Appendix A of the Memorandum.
  10. Review of the Teaneck Creek Conservancy re-proposal.
