- Approval of April 28, 2004 meeting minutes.
- Update on the Mitigation Fund.
- Review and assessment of meeting procedures.
- Review and approval of a resolution memorializing the Council’s
decision to reimburse the County of Ocean for a Soil Erosion and Sediment
Control Certification for the County's restoration project on the Airport
Tract in Brick Township, Ocean County.
- Review and approval a resolution memorializing the Council's decision
to allow mitigation requirements for freshwater wetland disturbances associated
with single-family homeowner enforcement actions to be satisfied through
a monetary contribution prepared in accordance with the Council's mitigation
checklist for single-family homeowners.
- Review of staff comments prepared for a monetary contribution by Ms. Maria
Rodrigues, a single-family homeowner, to mitigate for the loss of 0.10 acres
of forested wetlands associated with a Freshwater Wetland Individual Permit
file #1506-03-0274.1.
- Review and approval of a guidance document on the types of activities
the Council will grant from the Wetland Mitigation Fund and grant application
procedures.
- Update on the United States Geological Survey’s grant application
to EPA.
- Update on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Wetland Mitigation
Council and the New Jersey Natural Lands Trust for the transfer of $1,000,000.00
from the Mitigation Fund to the Trust to be used by the Trust for its direct
acquisition of lands identified in Appendix A of the Memorandum.
- Review of the Teaneck Creek Conservancy re-proposal.
- Old Business.

- The next meeting date has been tentatively scheduled for August 6, 2004.
