The New Jersey Office of Administrative Law has licensed the West Publishing Company as the official publisher of the New Jersey Register and the New Jersey Administrative Code. These were previously published by the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. Copies of all NJDEP rules, including all Division of Land Use Regulation rules, are available from West Publishing, which can be contacted at (800) 808-WEST.
The New Jersey Register is the official journal of state agency rulemaking. The Register contains the full text of all rule proposals and rule adoptions published by all New Jersey State agencies, as well as notices of public hearings, Gubernatorial Orders, and State agency notices of public interest. The New Jersey Register is published twice a month.
The New Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C.) contains all rules that have been adopted by State agencies. The Code is currently updated once a month.
Subscriptions to the New Jersey Register and the New Jersey Administrative Code are available from West Publishing, as are single copies.
