Service of Subpoenas Procedure

Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:1-1.3(f), anyone serving a subpoena for the production of Department records, and/or testimony from Department employees shall serve the subpoena at the following address:

Please note: The Department does not allow employees to testify as expert witnesses for anyone other than the Department.
