The Department of Environmental Protection’s Wharton State Forest will offer free guided canoe tours of Batsto Lake on Saturday, September 29 from 10 am-noon.

Interested individuals should register by calling 609-567-4550 as soon as possible. Space is limited.

The tours will begin at Batsto Historic Village, north side of route 542, nine miles east of Hammonton.
