DEP Island Beach Camporee
September 19 - 21, 2008
Island Beach State Park in cooperation with the NJ State Park Police hosted a weekend of camping fun and environmental education with the Jersey Shore Council’s Boy Scouts of America. Camping on the beach, conservation projects, interactive exhibits, merit badge workshops and an evening campfire were among the many activities.
