Annual and Triennial Audit Checklist
Owner/operators of covered processes must perform audits to ensure that the procedures and practices mandated by N.J.A.C. 7:31 are being implemented. Owner/operators of covered Program 3 processes must conduct annual audits, while those with Program 2 processes must conduct audits every three years. The TCPA program has prepared the following Microsoft Excel spreadsheet checklist to assist in completion of these audits.

Annual Report Guidance
As described in N.J.A.C. 7:31, each owner or operator of a process covered under Program 3 must submit an annual report. Owner/operators of processes covered under Program 2 must submit reports once every three years. The following documents provide additional information on the content and preparation of these reports.
