In order to provide information to as wide a group as possible, the documents listed below have been made available in multiple formats.   In some cases however, we have been unable to provide a full range of formats for certain documents.

Please note that some Word files (if any are listed) are in uncompressed format.  If you do not have Microsoft Word, files available on this site can be viewed using the free OpenOffice office suite. Some have been ZIP compressed because of their size and will require an unzipping utility to decompress.  Files in Portable Document Format "PDF", must be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Clicking on the icons below will take you to the Adobe web site or OpenOffice.org where you can download the appropriate reader or Office Suite for your computer.
