REGISTRATION OF SOURCE, SPECIAL NUCLEAR, AND BYPRODUCT RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS

All SSNBRM that are specifically licensed by the NRC must be registered with the DEP within 30 days after taking possession of the materials (NJAC 7:28-3)

In order to register your SSNBRM with the State of NJ, you will need to complete a Registration Form. For convenience, you may print out the one offered here and mail to our offices. If there are any questions regarding registration, please contact our office at (609) 984-5462.
