Public Notice
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental
Protection is extending the public comment period for the
Remediation Standards and Technical Requirements for Site
Remediation rule proposal. The proposal was published
in the New Jersey Register dated May 7, 2007. See 39 N.J.R.
1574(a). The 60-day comment period, which was scheduled
to expire on July 6, 2007, is being extended until July 27,
