Public Notice
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental
Protection is extending the public comment period for the Surface
Water Quality Standards rule proposal. The proposal was
published in the New Jersey Register dated May 21, 2007. See
39 N.J.R. 1845(a). The 60-day comment period, which was
scheduled to expire on July 20, 2007, is being extended until
Monday August 20, 2007.
Written comments may be submitted by August 20, 2007 to:
