Water Pollution Control Act Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:14-8

Public Notice
Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is proposing new rules and amendments at N.J.A.C. 7:14.  A statement of the substance of the proposal follows: The Department is proposing amendments and new rules in the Water Pollution Control Act rules (N.J.A.C. 7:14) to identify violations of New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination Program (NJPDES) (N.J.A.C. 7:14A), and portions of the Underground Storage Tanks rules (N.J.A.C. 7:14B) as either minor or non-minor for the purpose of providing grace periods in accordance with N.J.S.A. 13:1D-125 et seq., commonly known as the Grace Period Law. The Department also proposes to amend N.J.A.C. 7:14-8.1, 8.4(b), 8.17(c)iv and Appendix A to  N.J.A.C. 7:14 to correct omissions and inaccuracies in cross-references.
