Public Notice
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection is extending the public comment period for the proposal to readopt the Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7A. The proposal was published in the New Jersey Register on September 4, 2007. See 39 N.J.R. 3587(a). The comment period, which was scheduled to close on November 3, 2007, is extended to January 2, 2008.
