Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is proposing substantial changes on adoption to the public access rules at N.J.A.C. 7:7 and 7:7E, published on April 4, 2011. A statement of the substance of the proposed changes on adoption follows: The proposed substantial changes include several changes to provide clarity and ensure consistent application of procedures and standards, and to reflect public comment on the proposal.
