New Jersey's residents can appreciate the state's rich natural heritage - wetlands, beaches, rivers, lakes, pinelands, forests, plateaus and numerous species of plants and wildlife. DEP's interpretive and education staff offer a variety of hands-on, interactive opportunities that enable participants of all ages to experience the natural world and how people interact with it.
