Cooperative Venture
The BUST Cooperative Venture Program is
an alternative case processing plan intended to increase
cooperation between UST owners and operators and the department
in pursuing site cleanup compliance with federal and state
regulations. These changes have facilitated the department's
efforts to maximize the "teamwork approach" with the regulated
community, while continuing our mission to protect public
health and the environment.
