Subject: Guidance Document & Certification Updates
The NJDEP has made several changes to the Cleanup Star Program Guidance
Document and Cleanup Star Certification used to implement the Cleanup
Star Program. This document is found at http://www.state.nj.us/dep/srp/cleanupstar/.
Changes were made to the Cleanup Star Program Guidance Document in the
following areas:
- Universe of Cases/Sites
- Properties and AOCs Excluded from Cleanup Star;
- Applicable Properties and AOCs
- Penalty Points and Enforcement - Moderate Technical Deficiencies
- Continued Participation in the Cleanup Star Program
The documents currently on this Web site supersede all other documents
previously published on this Web site or otherwise distributed, and are
the only documents recognized by the NJDEP under the Cleanup Star Program.
