Guide for the Submission of Remedial Action Workplans

NOTE: This is an old guidance document and does not reflect various changes in regulations and procedures since the mid-1990s.

The following guidance is provided to assist responsible parties who are required to prepare and submit a Remedial Action Workplan (RAW) to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for the purpose of remediating a contaminated site.  It is important to note that this guidance is not intended to replace or supersede the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, N.J.A.C. 7:26E, rather, it has been developed to assist in the preparation of RAWs developed in accordance with these rules.
