Readoption of the Technical Rules With Amendments

The Site Remediation Program's regulations regarding the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites, the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E), were signed by Commissioner Shinn on February 18, 1997. The regulation, which was filed with the Office of Administrative Law, appeared in the May 19, 1997 New Jersey Register. The rule is available as an "unofficial" copy from the NJDEP Computer Bulletin Board System at 609/292-2006 and SRP Web Site at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp. To download the rule go to the file areas from the main menu and search for Tech Rule. Then select and download the file. Hard copies of the "unofficial" version of the rule are available upon written request to:
