UST Fund Created
Correction (from the December 1998 issue):
The May 1998 issue of the Site Remediation News contained an
article on the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade
and Closure Fund. In this article it incorrectly stated that to qualify
for a hardship grant an applicant must have a taxable income of less
than $100,000 or net worth, exclusive of applicant's primary
residence, of less than $100,000. In order to qualify, an applicant
must have a taxable income of less than $100,000 and net worth,
exclusive of applicant's primary residence, of less than $100,000. Please
note this important distinction when applying for a hardship grant.
