Subject [SRRA] The "Protocol for Addressing Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons" has been updated

The "Protocol for Addressing Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons" has been updated to Version 3.0. This new version updates the guidance to be consistent with the November 2009 Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E).
