[SRRA]: Reminder: Technical Guidance Document Training Series for Technical Impracticability

1 Session will be held on:
Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM DEP Public Hearing Room, 401 E. State Street, Trenton (Check in time: 8:30am)

Description:
This guidance is designed to provide the investigator with recommended procedures for determining when technical impracticability (TI) conditions exist at a site. This training will provide case studies where applicable ground water standards are not achievable from an engineering perspective and describe how such conditions should be documented. The presenters will also cover remedial action permit requirements associated with a TI determination and measures that must be implemented to safeguard potential receptors.

Note: The Department has applied to the SRPLB for 1 ½ Regulatory Continuing Education Credits for this course.

Instructors
Representatives from the NJDEP and the LSRP community have developed the course content and will provide the training for the seminar.
