[SRRA]: Updated Immediate Environmental Concern Technical Guidance Now Available

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) would like to announce that the Immediate Environmental Concern (IEC) Technical Guidance Document has been updated. A new section has been added regarding the obligation of the investigator when contamination is discovered in a potable well, a public supply well, or a production well used for human consumption. For a list of significant changes, please see the corresponding change log.

This updated technical guidance document, corresponding change log, and response to comments document can be found on the SRP Guidance Library web page (www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/#iec).
